Summary
A community-based medical center has an excellent opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Hospital Medicine/Critical Care team. This inpatient role focuses heavily on patient admissions and the management of complex medical cases, with support and collaboration from remote ICU intensivists.
This is a 7-on / 7-off night position (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Candidates with prior inpatient experience are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing higher patient volumes and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills while working closely with hospitalist physicians.
A comprehensive onboarding and training program is provided, along with a structured mentorship program to support long-term success.
Responsibilities
