ROLE
- Full range of Family Practice
- Patient demographics: 50/45 men/women, 5% Children (ages 2 )
- Clinical Support Staff: 2-APP's, 2-MA's
- Most patients prefer to speak Spanish ' MAs are fluent, has a translation service available
- Good mix of annual wellness and episodic care along with chronic disease management
- Typically sees patients back-to-back, 20 minutes follow up, 60-minute annual
- 12-15 people a day in the busy season, during harvest is closer to 5 a day
- Work with MA, dispense medications
- Onsite Dispensary
- Onsite Lab

PACKAGE
Salary range $170-$185 (dependent on experience)
