Advanced Nurse Practitioner-NP/PA Hospitalist Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join a tight-knit, long-standing team in a critical access hospital setting inNew Hampshire Fall of 2026. Low census = more time for meaningful patient care!
ROLE
Day coverage: 7 on 7 off rotation (7am-7pm);Telemedicine programfrom 7pm-7am
Duties: Rounding, Admitting, Collaborating with physicians, nursing& care teams, Identifying/managing chronic medical conditions & providingcontinuous care to hospitalized inpatients
Responsible for writing orders in accordance with currentpractice guidelines
Prescribing medications, as necessary ; Complete PatientCharting Same Day
Providing urgent evaluation to patients with changes in clinicalstatus
PACKAGE
Salary in $175k range commensurate with experience
Medical Dental, Vision, STD/LTD Life
Retirement plan
PTO (10 days) CME license reimbursement
Malpractice included
YOU
NP-C or PA-C with 3 years experience (critical access hospitalexp. preferred)
Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire license
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
