Role Overview
' 12 Hour Shifts : 7a-7p & 7p-7a
' Duties: Rounding, Admitting, Collaborating with physicians, nursing & care teams, Identifying/managing chronic medical conditions & providing continuous care to hospitalized inpatients
' Coverage includes: Medical/Surgical Inpatient Units, Swing Bed Program 8-Bed ICU
' Average 15-18 patients
