Overview
Private single specialty group is seeking a qualified RegionalDirector of Hospitalists to its growing program at a community hospital Q3. Will work 7 on/7 off or variation.
ROLE
Will supervise 3 Sites in New England and reportdirectly to CEO
Strategic & Clinical Leadership: Develop andimplement a vision for hospital medicine across assigned markets, ensuringclinical excellence and adherence to evidence-based protocols.
Operational Management: Oversee providerstaffing models, recruitment strategies, and budgeting in partnership withoperational leaders.
Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives focused onpatient safety, care standardization, and key performance metrics like lengthof stay and readmission rates.
Liaison & Collaboration: Act as the primarylink between hospitalists, medical staff leadership, and administration toalign goals and address operational challenges.
Team Development: Provide mentorship,performance coaching, and career guidance to site leaders and advanced practiceproviders (APPs)
PACKAGE
Year 1 Salary up to $350k
Annual Director Stipend $40k
$15k Annual Bonus for Quality
Benefits: Full Medical for entire family, PTO, CME, 401k
YOU
3 Years Previous Leadership Experience Required
Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in NewHampshire
5 years experience preferred
Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine OR FamilyMedicine
