ROLE
'80% outpatient 25 pts/day) / 20% inpatient (Inpatient rounding avg 5'10 pts/day)
' Scope: Full-scope Hematology/Oncology (70% solid tumor / 30% Hematology)
' Join 3 Hem/Onc physicians, 1 full-time Hematologist
' Schedule: Shared call; no weekends
' Team: Dedicated MA and clinic RN per provider 2 inpatient NPs
' Breast health center and supportive services onsite Peer-to-peer MD Anderson curbside consult access
' Radiation oncology with Elekta Versa HD, Brainlab/Exactrac, Xofigo & Brachytherapy
' 26-bed inpatient oncology unit
' Outpatient infusion therapy center
PACKAGE
' Salary: $525,000'$625,000 (guaranteed first 2 years) Productivity
' $50,000 sign-on bonus Loan repay/stipend $15k Relocation
