Job Summary As a Transportation/Driver at Accolade Healthcare, you will be responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments and outings in a safe and timely manner. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to resident care and safety. Efficiently managing multiple scheduled appointments to meet residents' needs. Providing transportation for resident outings. Scheduling vehicle maintenance as required by the Administrator and/or Maintenance Director. Ensuring the cleanliness of vehicles, both inside and out. Performing other duties as assigned to support the facility’s transportation operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Transportation/Driver, you will need: A valid Illinois driver’s license. An insurable driving record with a safe driving history. The ability to pass a Healthcare Worker background check. Completion of annual resident transport safety training provided by the facility. Schedule flexibility, with the ability to accommodate weekend transportation needs. Be at least 21 years of age. LOCATION 1001 E Pells St, Paxton, IL 60957, USA
