Role overview
The Social Media Senior Manager, reporting to the Communications Senior Director, will lead Accolade brand storytelling on social media channels to attract and engage key audiences. Bringing Accolade’s brand voice and tone to life through writing and producing compelling content and messages, this role will create the social content that supports company campaigns, messaging pillars, and solutions as well as propose strategies for how to increase meaningful reach and engagement on our social channels.
Responsibilities:
- Social media strategy and execution for the Accolade brand for our LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook communities.
- Ensure messaging and brand voice are consistent with brand objectives and visual identity while also aligning to platform best-practices and trends.
- Campaign and content integration and planning across the marketing team and other company stakeholders.
- Community monitoring and management, including responding to comments and escalation of member complaints or feedback to the appropriate internal owners.
- Share feedback and insights from our community that can inform our overall product, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. Identify, evaluate, and report performance KPIs with a strong understanding of which measurements align with business goals.
- Jointly create organic and paid brand awareness and growth strategies.
- Understand company and brand goals and then manage internal stakeholder needs across across marketing, sales, customer, member.
- Create compelling posts with copy and visuals, in partnership with the design and content marketing team.
- Optimize the social media tool for reporting and deliver a regular cadence of reports and insights that can be integrated into strategy and approach.
- Day to day management of Sprout and editorial calendar.

- Proactive and has strong organizational skills.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and ability to express our company’s views creatively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple long term projects and the day-to-day hustle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or Journalism preferred.
- 5 years in content marketing or related field.
- Familiar with Sprout (or a similar tool).
Hiring Range
$113200-$132100
Annual
Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
