As a Transportation/Driver, your responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments with various healthcare agencies for residents.
- Efficiently managing multiple scheduled appointments to meet residents' needs.
- Providing transportation for resident outings.
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance as required by the Administrator and/or Maintenance Director.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of vehicles, both inside and out.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the facility’s transportation operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
To excel as a Transportation/Driver, you will need:
- A valid Illinois driver’s license.
- An insurable driving record with a safe driving history.
- The ability to pass a Healthcare Worker background check.
- Completion of annual resident transport safety training provided by the facility.
- Schedule flexibility, with the ability to accommodate weekend transportation needs.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
