The Administrator leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations and company policies/procedures so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.

This is a Full-Time Salaried position.

Skills and Competencies necessary:
- Knowledge and expertise in management of a long-term care facility
- Experience and skill in:
- Leadership and mentoring.
- Development and implementation of a facility management system.
- Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure appropriate care.
- Use of computers and other technological resources.
- Oversight of a facility quality assurance process.
- Financial management of a health care facility.
- Knowledge of pertinent local, state, federal and other regulations and ability to implement and maintain compliance with these regulations governing the facility, patient/resident care, and reimbursement.
- Experience in developing professional relationships and representing the facility in professional and community activities.
- Participation in educational programs for continued professional development.
Active Nursing Home Administrator License in the State of Illinois
This is a Full-Time Salaried position.
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
