We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/roofing, project management methodologies and tools, with a proven ability to manage requirements, schedules, and vendor relationships effectively. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients
• Climbing ladders
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Moving materials as heavy as 50 lbs
• Buying and returning materials
• Some Sales
• Jobsite cleanliness
• Managing people
• Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, material handling and deliverables.
• Oversee requirements management to ensure all project specifications are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
• Lead project teams by providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.
• Implement process mapping techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Supervise team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of requirements management and vendor management.
• Proficiency in roofing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
• Strong skills in process mapping and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Schedule

• Day shift
