We see this as a significant strength, and it shows: ATS is consistently ranked as a top workplace among DC area firms and continues to grow. We are actively hiring a Program Integrator, Expert with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Bethesda, MD.You will be responsible to support the stand-up of a new business and mission analytics effort.  A large focus of this effort will be attaining datasets needed from other offices and agencies that will be critical to building insights and applications of utility for community decision-makers, managers, and employees. As a member of this team, you will work closely with government managers to plan and execute approaches to acquiring datasets from other offices and agencies, as part of a larger strategy to gain insights into the community’s mission and business practices.  You will be responsible for helping conceptualize that strategy and these approaches, and duties may include facilitating meetings and offsites; preparing briefing slides and talking points; planning meetings with partners; and assessing datasets for adequacy in meeting the effort’s larger goals.  Successful candidates should be self-starters, capable of driving forward projects independently with minimal oversight, and should be comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.RESPONSIBILITIESAt government direction, lead and facilitate efforts to identify and meet with partners, with a view to establishing partnerships that yield datasets of utility to the effort.Prepare briefings and talking points in support of government managers.Facilitate meetings and offsites.Identify how datasets and partner efforts align with the effort’s strategy and assess datasets for utility against the effort’s goals.Plan meetings with partners, to include developing goals and the agenda of each meeting.Identify and facilitate the adoption of best practices in business and mission analytics.REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMust possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraphMaster’s degree15 years of Intelligence Community or other USG experience10 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or a related fieldBasic-to-intermediate Excel skillsIntermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skillsDemonstrated ability to independently drive projects forwardExperience with meeting facilitationExcellent verbal communications and writing skillsPREFERRED SKILLSFamiliarity with data structures, databases, and visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBIAdvanced Excel skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certifiedAt ATS, you will be eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits package such as: healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time off benefits.
