Responsibilities
- Design and implement feature enhancements and other changes for a suite of software products marketed to the public safety domain
- Collaborate with systems engineers to implement system requirements to meet user needs
- Develop understanding of existing systems' designs and functionality
- Collaborate with systems engineers to assess impacts of proposed changes in terms of functionality and risks
- Assist with development of estimates for levels of effort for proposed changes
- Apply software engineering best practices to ensure software quality
- Develop solutions primarily using C#/.Net. Use of other technologies expected
- Minimum 7 years' experience in software engineering
- Demonstrated software development expertise in C#/.Net
- Experience performing software engineering in an Agile environment
