We are expanding our team and looking for experienced CNAs / Certified Home Health Aides for full time and part time shifts.

Acclaim Home Health Care has a professional and supportive management team. You will continue to have on-going training to support your skill set and the needs of our clients.
What do Acclaim Home Health Care Workers do?
- Assisting clients with personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation and other personal needs defined by the client's care plan
- Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior or health to supervisor
- Perform additional duties as needed
Job Requirements :
- Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide Certification
- If applying for a CNA position, you must have valid Massachusetts CNA license & a current Massachusetts Home Health Aide Certification
- Valid MA driver's license and or available transportation
- Once a month weekend rotation is needed
