Our direct Client is looking for Sr. AWS Data Engineer with Workday Integration-12 Months Contract-Remote opportunity-Direct Customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration from UKG (Pro/Dimensions) to Workday HCM
- Extract HR data (employee, position, org structure, compensation, benefits, time, accruals\) via APIs, BI tools, or DB access
- Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines for downstream enterprise integrations
- Implement CDC and delta load patterns using GoldenGate and/or AWS-native services
- Execute mock cycles (Mock 1, Mock 2, Dress Rehearsal, Go-Live) with reconciliation \(row counts, hash totals, key validation)
Must-Have Skills:
- Data Engineering (Python)
- PySpark / Big Data
- AWS Data Ecosystem
- Data Modeling & Architecture
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
The salary range for this role is 100-130 k/annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
