Job Description
Busy and growing medical practice specializing in auto accident (MVA) and Florida PIP cases is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team.
You will work closely with physicians to treat patients with whiplash, back pain, soft tissue injuries, and post-accident rehabilitation needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments
- Manage patients with auto injury / PIP cases
- Maintain accurate documentation (EMR experience preferred, eClinicalWorks is a plus)
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans
- Ensure compliance with Florida PIP guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License (Required)
- Experience with PIP / Personal Injury / Auto Accident cases preferred
- New grads welcome (training available if motivated)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
