The primary objective of a Chiropractic Physician at Accident Chiropractic is to provide our patients with the best possible experience and care, in an effort to ensure a swift and enjoyable recovery. Doctors are required to keep consistent, up-to-date documentation of patient encounters while assisting in their recovery and management of their injuries. Doctors at our clinics take an integrative medicine approach, co-managing care with other specialists as needed. Injuries range from simple strains to more complicated soft and hard tissue axial and extremity issues.
We encourage new and seasoned doctors to apply, even with no prior personal injury experience.
We provide consistent, hands-on training throughout the onboarding process and throughout the entirety of employment for our doctors, regardless of experience. At Accident Chiropractic, we operate as a team, so you always have someone to go to for help, questions, or concerns when you need it. Our training process and consistent support help ensure all of our Doctors are happy and able to excel in their roles within the company.

Accident Chiropractic is an emerging leader in the Tri-Cities when it comes to Auto and Work Injury rehabilitation. We specialize in Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Physical Rehabilitation for patients who have sustained an injury secondary to an auto or work incident. Our approach to treatment is a multi-modality, medically-based, holistic approach. We are looking to expand our reach in this area to better treat those who are injured and need assistance. - Full time Doctor of Chiropractic in Tri-Cities, Washington, USA.
- The position will be located in Tri-Cities.
- $80,000-100,000 salary profit sharing depending on experience (DOE).

General Responsibilities And Tasks
- Consistent and proper documentation for each patient encounter.
- Coordination of care and referrals outside of Accident Chiropractic as necessary.
- Communication with patients throughout care to educate them on their injuries and further steps required to achieve resolution of their complaints.
- Taking x-rays as needed when injuries dictate.
- Keeping up to date on the status of the patient.
- Working with the CAs and other staff to ensure proper guidance of care and direction.
- Consistency in attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to be a team player and cooperate well with other physicians and ancillary staff.
- Self-starter with a good sense of organization.
- Coachable.
- Consistent and hard-working.
- Desire to grow as a physician.
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Valid DC license in the associated state (Washington).
- No prior experience is required.
- Prior experience or a degree in sports sciences is helpful but not required.
- Experience in whiplash trauma and/or biomechanics is helpful but not required.
