ACCfamily has been serving the Northern Virginia and Maryland area. We are family own and operated, leveraging over 30years of home care experience in the home health care industry by providing quality care one – on – one patient care in the comfort of the client’s home.
We are looking for "Weekend caregivers that can work both Saturdays and Sundays either day or night shifts
Job Summary: The Nurse Aide assists with basic patient care activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with procedures/plan of care prescribed by a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
- Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions ff.
- Performs light housekeeping duties.
- Provides for patients psychosocial and spiritual needs & special conditions.
- Develops & maintains cooperative and therapeutic relationships with residents, families and other staff
- Responds to patient needs and responds to patient safety concerns promptly
- Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Must be Home Health Aide, a Nurses Aide or a Certified Nurse Aide
- Must have a valid drivers license and personal transportation
