Role Description
The Insurance Accounting and System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Red Bank, NJ. The role involves managing insurance accounting processes, overseeing system administration duties, and ensuring seamless integration between financial and insurance systems. Key tasks will include processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, maintaining system databases, and assisting with compliance reporting. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in insurance accounting practices, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Strong system administration skills, including database management and familiarity with insurance or accounting software
- Understanding of insurance policies, benefits administration, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and other financial or accounting tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
