Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Documentation Specialist. You will Prepare and process sales documents and contracts for our sales teams.—compensation up to $21/hour.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Documentation Specialist:
- Prepare and process sales documents and contracts for the IT and copier sales teams
- Coordinate with leasing partners to request special rates, terms, and conditions as needed
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and leasing providers to address questions and resolve issue
- Perform additional administrative and team support tasks as needed

- Extensive software skills required including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written communication.
