Our Dental Practice in West Saint Paul is seeking a dependable, long term, organized, & professional Dental Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our dental office and will provide exceptional and detailed customer service to ensure an outstanding customer experience as well as a smooth clinical operation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Maintain clinic patient schedule
Collect patient payments
Collect and maintain patient information (Medical History, Insurance etc.)
Maintain a clean, tidy, welcoming, and organized clinic work space
Communicate effectively with patients and fellow team members via phone, text message, email, or in person.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience
Computer savvy and quick learner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Honest, Reliable, PROFESSIONAL, and team player
Active CPR Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
Ability to discuss Finances with patients.
High school graduate
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
Previous Dental Office experience preferred, but not required. (Will train the right candidate)
Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo or Hmong.
