Shifts Available: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday (four 10 hour shifts, 2pm-12am)

We’re hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to support our expanding production team in a clean, climate-controlled machine shop with modern equipment and strong leadership support.

What You’ll Do (CNC Machinist Responsibilities)

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines
• Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances
• Work closely with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions
• Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• CNC lathe experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  
  
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• 1 years of CNC Lathe Machinist experience
• Mastercam programming experience is a bonus
• Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing
  
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site
• 2nd shift available (Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:00am)
• Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed
