Receptionist Qualifications
- Successful professional experience working in an office environment with heavy phone responsibility.
- Excellent attention to professionalism and a demonstrated customer-service approach to work.
- Knowledge of general office practices and standard business operations and machines.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to understand and execute complex instructions and directions.
- Proficiency in MS Word and its applications, and a working knowledge of Excel and its applications.
- Excellent oral communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
