IT Support Specialist

Accessible Space, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified full time IT Support Specialist to join our team.

The IT Support Specialist provides assistance and support in the areas of computer systems and data processing.

IT Support Specialist job duties include but not limited to:

• Provide daily assistance and user support, including creating/updating user accounts and setup of peripheral devices
• Provide direction and training in computer hardware, software, and systems applications
• Install and maintain computer software applications.
• Assist in maintaining the computer network to ensure access to and performance of all computer systems.
• Monitor the anti-virus software to ensure all devices remain properly protected and virus-free.
  
  

IT Support Specialist Qualifications

• One year of successful related technical support experience.
• A working knowledge of and experience with MS software products.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in the administration and support of IT systems and networks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a range of individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
• The ability to occasionally travel to ASI work sites and other locations throughout the greater Las Vegas area.
