As a DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, with activities of daily living, medication administration, personal cares, and meal preparation helping those individuals live independently and maintain a high quality of life.

- A demonstrated customer-service approach to work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider. Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation.
- Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements.
