Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Oversight of Adult Client Services: Coordination of care for referred clients, scheduling attendants and client services, client complaints, monitoring authorizations and any associated clerical/data entry work.
- Oversight of Attendant staff including: interviewing/hiring/onboarding, evaluations, scheduling, preparing weekly payroll for Attendants and associated clerical/data entry work.
Your Extraordinary Abilities:
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
- Two years of administrative experience, preferably in medical administration.
- Patient or Staff scheduling, preferably in Home Health.
- At least one year in healthcare required.
- Valid Driver's License in good standing with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Good working vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients, families, and team members.
- Strong technical skills required to work within Microsoft Sharepoint, Word, Excel and clinical EMRs and Orders software.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks and supervisory role.
- Must be very dependable in this role.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
