Vascular Ultrasound Technician – Travel

Role: Vascular Ultrasound Tech (Vascular Sonographer) responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations, patient preparation, and documenting results. Ensures patient comfort and safety during procedures.

Qualifications

• National certification from ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Tech
• At least 3 years full-time sonography experience in an acute hospital setting
• ARDMS certifications in AB, OB, and RVT
• Active BLS certification
• Experience with prior contract assignments
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound procedures accurately
• Prepare patients and document findings thoroughly
• Maintain patient safety and comfort
• Float to different units and departments as needed
• Participate in call duties when required
