- preparing and maintaining sterile operating rooms
- assisting with patient positioning and safety
- monitoring patient conditions during surgery
- handling surgical instruments and specimens
- documenting care and facilitating communication during perioperative phases
- ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed
- at least one year of recent OR RN experience
- valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
- current BLS certification
- Preferred skills include ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and OR Nursing Certification (CNOR).
- critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills
- physical ability to handle equipment and assist with procedures
- excellent communication and attention to detail
