Travel Nurse - RN - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse - RN specializing in Labor and Delivery (LD) to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns during one of the most critical times. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, monitoring fetal and maternal health, assisting with labor and delivery procedures, and providing postpartum care.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, responding promptly to any concerns.
• Assist with childbirth, including preparing delivery rooms and supporting patients during labor.
• Educate new mothers on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
