- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and well-being.
- Administer medications and assist with emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn procedures.
- Current RN license in Washington
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
