Travel Nurse - RN - Cath Lab

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized cardiac care for patients undergoing catheterization and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessment, assisting during procedures, monitoring hemodynamics, supporting post-procedure recovery, and maintaining equipment. The RN collaborates closely with cardiologists and lab teams, ensuring safety, adherence to protocols, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year recent Cath Lab RN experience
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Preferred: PALS or ENPC certifications, RCIS certification

Key Duties

• Pre-procedure patient assessment and positioning
• Assisting with catheter placement and interventions
• Monitoring vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamics
• Supporting post-procedure recovery and equipment maintenance
• Ensuring safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
