We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN - Case Manager to join our team in Everett, Washington.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Coordinating care among healthcare teams and community resources
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
