- Active and unencumbered state license
- Minimum of 2 years of current NICU experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Deliver high-quality NICU patient care and support
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
