Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Ortho
Location: Lombard, IL
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities: Provide patient care via inbound/outbound calls, assess caller needs, deliver education, manage immediate and ongoing patient needs including triage, glucose monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization, and referrals. Maintain exam rooms and demonstrate strong customer relationship skills through active listening, clinical assessment, and problem-solving.
Qualifications: Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, preferred Office RN and BSN, ability to handle high-stress situations, physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing, effective communication skills.
