Key Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinates care plans, conducts resident assessments, and offers education and nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
- Supports staff by offering guidance and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and ethical practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the practice state(s); additional licensure may be required for telehealth services.
- At least 400 hours of clinical experience or supervised clinical training across the lifespan.
- Ability to practice within the scope defined by state laws and professional standards.
