We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and/or indirect patient care in the Emergency Room.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient healthcare needs, ensuring safe and effective nursing care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve quality outcomes.
Candidates will care for a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics, and support hospital and unit goals with a customer-focused approach.
They must adhere to established practice standards and clinical guidelines, and be willing to float to other comparable units as needed.
Qualifications include a current RN license, high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and at least one year of relevant experience.
Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV therapy competency within one year, and TNCC within one year of hire.
Additional certifications and participation in professional nursing organizations are encouraged.
