Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care

We are seeking an RN for the Cardiac Progressive Care unit, responsible for providing specialized patient care with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. Key duties include developing and updating care plans, advocating for patient autonomy and dignity, fostering learning for patients, families, and staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, engaging in ongoing professional development, and leading care coordination within the healthcare team. Qualifications include: graduation from an accredited nursing program, Washington RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days, and at least one year of nursing experience. Skills required: strong clinical judgment, communication, advocacy, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. This role is on-site, full-time, with multiple shift options, offering a pay range of $50.80 - $93.51 per hour, plus potential additional incentives.
