Role: Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities: Assess diverse patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document thoroughly, and provide motivating care to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. Tasks include interviewing patients and caregivers, performing tests, establishing measurable goals, and monitoring patient progress.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, Oregon Occupational Therapist License, and BLS certification within 30 days. Clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
