Role: The Occupational Therapist evaluates and examines patients of all age groups, developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual conditions. They measure patient progress, modify treatment strategies as needed, and provide education to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, implement and adjust therapy programs for both simple and complex diagnoses, and ensure safety protocols are followed. They may also be involved in splinting and orthotic fabrication.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred)
- Current Florida Occupational Therapy license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Knowledge of OT theories, procedures, practices, and equipment
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to assess and implement treatment plans effectively
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
