We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a dynamic Med/Surg setting. Key responsibilities include
- assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care
- developing personalized care plans based on assessments
- responding to emergencies with appropriate interventions
- administering medications, including IV therapy
- educating patients and families on care and discharge procedures
- collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
- maintaining a safe environment and following infection control protocols
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar setting
- Wisconsin RN license required
- BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month
- ACLS certification required or obtained within 6 months
