Locums Interventional Radiologist

Seeking a hospital-based interventional radiology role with competent general IR experience and stroke capability. Responsibilities include performing

• 10-15 procedures daily

• angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolytic therapy, embolization, TIPS, IVC filters, and PICC placement
• Additional tasks involve
• biopsies, drainage, central lines, and port-a-caths

Shift details: orientation from 8 am to 3 pm, with standard shifts starting at 8 am, and typically

• 1 emergency callback

Key duties include: online assignment management, 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant, and adherence to hospital protocols.
