The LPN conducts sick calls, assesses and documents inmate health status, reports symptoms, and participates in care planning under supervision of an RN.
Qualifications and Skills include licensure as an LPN in New York, effective communication, clinical competency, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and relevant patient assessment skills. Experience in correctional healthcare is a plus.
The role offers a 2-week orientation for training and shadowing, with shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
