Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities: Provide quality nursing care to patients, monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assign duties, instruct, and supervise CNAs, and promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
  • Preferred: 1 year of skilled nursing experience
  • CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
  • Ability to make independent decisions and deliver competent care
  • Excellent customer service and a positive attitude

Key Duties: Deliver compassionate patient care, oversee clinical tasks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
