Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing residents' physical and emotional status daily and notifying appropriate staff of any changes.
• Responding to emergencies and initiating lifesaving measures when necessary.
• Monitoring medication, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability.
• Completing medical documentation and reports accurately.
