- Communicating professionally and compassionately with residents and families
- Adhering to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Active LPN license in West Virginia or a Compact State
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate
- Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus but not required
