- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.
- Assessing patient needs, providing treatment, and coordinating care with other departments.
- Monitoring patient progress and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Performing duties in accordance with organizational standards, mission, and values.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with valid licensure.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and assist with patient movements.
- Experience as a new or seasoned LPN.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; LPN-IV Certification preferred or to be obtained within specified timeframe.
- Maintaining an active LPN license as per state requirements.
