Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Role: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) responsible for providing mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a flexible, patient-focused environment.

• Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure documentation compliance, and coordinate care with other providers.
• Key Duties: Maintain at least 32 hours of patient care weekly, participate in clinical meetings and training, and utilize creative interventions to support client goals.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field, current unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), experience with electronic health records, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively. Preference for experience with diverse clients, insurance credentialing, multilingual skills, or specialty practice areas.
