Role And Responsibilities
- Perform quality mammography procedures and assist radiologists with special imaging procedures for early breast abnormality detection.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide advanced imaging services including ultrasound, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine.
- Maintain clear communication, build professional relationships, and promote a collaborative environment.
- Take accountability for performance and continuously seek ways to improve patient experience and professional growth.
- Engage proactively and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program meeting MQSA guidelines.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification—initially ARRT (R), with a requirement to obtain ARRT (M) within one year.
- Texas Department of State Health certification.
- Preferred: 1 year of work experience.
- Perform imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Assist radiologists in specialized procedures.
