Key Duties
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures.
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals during surgeries.
- Maintain sterile technique and comply with infection control standards.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures.
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment appropriately.
- Support Labor and Delivery surgical cases in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of scrub experience in major OR procedures.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program, including Military Training if applicable.
- Active NBSTSA CST Certification (no alternative certifications accepted).
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
