Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and files.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize software tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and expense tracking through QuickBooks.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to office protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients.
